We would like to introduce the "Misuzu8" system for preventing measurement errors and operational mistakes. In the seasoning and weighing process, weighing instructions can be issued that take into account the expiration dates of raw materials and the expiration dates after opening (unpacking). By reading the product labels of raw materials for portioning and combined weighing, and incorporating the actual measured values from the weighing instruments, we can prevent measurement errors.
